Choosing Finish Logic means entrusting us with your valued possessions. Our dedication is to ensure exceptional quality and value with every project.


Here’s What We Offer:


Consistent Quality: We give our all to every project, ensuring a finish that aligns with our high standards.

Workmanship Guarantee: We cover delamination — that means if layers of coating separate from each other or the substrate, we’ll refinish the piece, on us.

Transparency: Any deviations or unexpected situations will be communicated promptly and clearly.

Punctuality: Timelines are treated as guidelines, and while we do our best, they aren’t guarantees.

Eco-Responsibility: Our procedures prioritize the environment, making sure we do right by our planet.

Our System: Designed for delicate projects, there’s a caveat — if there's an adverse reaction during the process, we can't be held liable for any damages or completing the task.

Assembly Points: We don't  disassemble or reassemble. Any extra pieces besides the main project aren't our responsibility, though we'll do our utmost to keep them intact with your item. This is at our discretion and can make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Shop Rate: Our rate is set at $100/hr.

Color Choices: At Finish Logic, colors are your decision. We're here to assist in your selection, but the final say is yours. Remember, colors can vary based on several factors, from the substrate to lighting conditions. We ensure quality, but the final appearance might have slight deviations.

Timelines: Each project has its unique challenges. While we always aim to adhere to our estimated timeline, various factors can affect this. We don’t offer discounts based on time.

Quotes and Costs: Initial estimates are given utmost thought, but sometimes, unexpected elements might alter the final cost. We'll always keep you in the loop.

Our promise is simple: impeccable service with consistent communication. Your concerns matter to us, and we’re always here to help.

Color Matching

 

No Guarantee: Finish Logic does not guarantee exact color matching. While every effort is made to achieve the desired hue, multiple factors can affect the final appearance.

Customer Collaboration: We collaborate closely with our customers to select an appropriate finish. Our aim is always to achieve the closest possible match to the desired color.

Factors Affecting Color: Even if a color has previously been applied or is considered a perfect match based on samples, the eventual outcome can differ. Variables such as manufacturing changes in the powder, the natural aging process of previously applied colors, and the condition and type of the metal being coated can influence the final appearance.

Client Understanding: It's essential for clients to recognize and accept these inherent variations. Finish Logic strives for excellence, but certain factors are beyond our control, and perfect matches are not guaranteed.

Payments

 

Standard Payment: Payment is typically settled at pick-up. Unless there are specific materials ordered for your project, we don't ask for deposits upfront. It's straightforward — you see the finished product and then proceed with the payment.

Trusted Accounts: For our trusted clients who have an ongoing relationship with Finish Logic, we offer a bit more flexibility. You can pick up your projects and opt to remit payment online, either before or after the pick-up. However, we do request that the balance be settled immediately after collection.

Net Accounts: For high-volume customers processing an average of $2.5k or more per month, we offer a monthly accrual system. A bill is generated at month-end detailing the accumulated costs. While the bill is due upon receipt, we understand business complexities; therefore, we provide a 30-day grace period to complete the payment.

Unsettled Dues: If, for some reason, payment isn't made upon completion, please understand that we have the right to either involve the authorities or retain your project as a lien until the dues are cleared.

We believe in a clear and transparent approach to payment, ensuring both parties understand and are satisfied with the terms. Your trust is valuable to us, and we aim to maintain it through every transaction.

Terms of service

 

Right to Refusal

Finish Logic reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, the nature of the requested service, concerns about the item's condition, or availability of materials.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Finish Logic be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages that result in any way from your use of or inability to use our services, or your reliance on or use of information, services, or merchandise provided on or accessible through our website, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation, or transmission, or any failure of performance.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Finish Logic harmless from any and all liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to any violation of these terms by you or in connection with the use of our service or the placement or transmission of any message or information by you.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles.

Amendments

Finish Logic may at any time revise these terms by updating this posting. By using our services, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should, therefore, periodically visit this page to determine the then-current terms to which you are bound.

Addtional Terms of service

 

Service Execution:

 

Preliminary Measures: Finish Logic shall undertake comprehensive preparatory actions prior to commencing the powder coating procedure. It is to be duly noted that each assignment possesses distinctive characteristics, potentially resulting in unforeseen challenges or unsuccessful execution. Although our methodology is tailored for universal metal applicability, specific articles might prove incompatible with powder coating or the adherence of a subsequent coating. In circumstances wherein articles are unsuccessful or remain uncompleted, Finish Logic shall not bear any liability.

 

  1. Material Variation: While every effort is made to match colors and finishes, slight variations might occur due to factors like substrate type, metal characteristics, application thickness, and lighting conditions.
  2. Previous Coatings: Finish Logic is not responsible for the adhesion or compatibility of coatings applied by others. If there's a pre-existing layer of paint or coating, we cannot guarantee the final result.
  3. Post-Coating Defects: Any defects or imperfections in the original material might be more noticeable after powder coating. Finish Logic is not responsible for these inherent defects.

Warranty & Claims

  1. Warranty Duration: Our workmanship guarantee, covering delamination, is valid for 2 years from the date of service.
  2. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the item outside the intended purposes; to damage caused by use with unsuitable products; or to any service conducted by anyone other than Finish Logic.
  3. Claims: Any claims under this warranty must be made within the warranty period. Clients should retain the original receipt as proof of work.

Client Responsibilities

  1. Item Inspection: Clients should inspect all items upon return from powder coating. Finish Logic is not liable for any damage or imperfections noticed after the item has left our premises.
  2. Timely Payment: Clients are expected to adhere to the payment terms as outlined. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, interest, or legal action.
  3. Disassembly/Reassembly: The client is responsible for any disassembly required before powder coating. Finish Logic is not liable for damages or loss of parts not related to the powder coating process.

General Terms

  1. Change of Terms: Finish Logic reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before any service is rendered.
  2. Severability: If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full effect.
  3. Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these terms by Finish Logic shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and Finish Logic's failure to assert any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
